4. Information Products
We provide digital guides, tutorials, and software that help you manage and optimize your smart home ecosystem.

We sell hardware components including sensors, controllers, cameras, and other smart devices for home automation.
6. Pricing and Payment
Payment for services, digital items, and physical products must be made in full before the commencement of work or dispatch of goods. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
7. Refund and share Policy
7.1 Services
If you wish to cancel a scheduled installation or setup service, you may request a refund of the fees paid within 7 days of booking provided that no on-site or remote work has begun. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 days. You may reschedule a service appointment by contacting our team via the Contact Form at least 48 hours before the original appointment time. If specialized components have been procured or work has commenced, the service is non-refundable to cover procurement and scheduling commitments.
7.2 Information Products
Digital guides and tutorials are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved reimbursements are processed within 7 days back to the payment method used at checkout.
7.3 Physical Products
Hardware items may be shared or refunded within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping expenses for sending items back are the responsibility of the customer. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 days.
8. Modifications to Offerings
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any offering or feature at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any change, suspension, or discontinuation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartLivingHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
